Reflections on 2025

Author: Tiffany Legington Graham

It may be early February, but I’ve learned that reflection doesn’t follow the calendar—and 2025 has been sitting with me in a meaningful way.

Although Mission360 Strategies was formally founded in October 2024, 2025 is when it truly came to life—a leap taken with clarity, courage, and a deep sense of gratitude as vision quickly became a growing, living practice.

I’m especially thankful for my inaugural clients, who trusted me early and invited me into work that matters deeply to them and to our communities. Because of that trust, 2025 became a year of momentum and learning—of stretching myself, saying yes to opportunity, and watching the work expand in ways I couldn’t have fully predicted.

Along the way, I had the privilege to:
Partner with nonprofit leaders doing meaningful, values-driven work
Share ideas and learn alongside peers at conferences and convenings
Grow the Mission360 Strategies team with thoughtful, talented collaborators
Build something sustainable, aligned, and rooted in purpose

And as the year came to a close, I was truly humbled to be recognized as a Woman Who Leads by the Memphis Business Journal!—an honor that reflects not just leadership, but community, service, and collective effort.

I don’t take any of this lightly and none of this was accomplished by myself alone. I’m deeply grateful for the clients, partners, peers, and friends who believed early, offered encouragement, and helped make 2025 such a defining year.

Here’s to honoring what’s been built—and to an even bolder 2026!
