We are pleased to announce Kathleen Vincent has joined Mission360 Strategies as our new Client Success Manager. Kathleen is an emerging leader in nonprofit operations and development, bringing more than a decade of experience supporting mission-driven organizations through strategic growth, strong systems, and collaborative partnerships. Prior to joining Mission360 Strategies, she held leadership roles at All For Kids, Snap Foundation, and First 5 LA, where she managed multimillion-dollar grant portfolios, optimized operational processes, and coordinated complex philanthropic initiatives with care and precision.
With deep expertise in development operations, project management, and stakeholder coordination, Kathleen has a unique ability to translate organizational needs into streamlined solutions and measurable outcomes—always keeping mission impact at the center of her work. In her role as Client Success Manager, she will work closely with our clients to ensure clarity, alignment, and momentum throughout their engagement with Mission360 Strategies.
Kathleen is also deeply committed to professional leadership and service. She serves on the Board of Directors for Fabulous Female Fundraisers as Membership Chair, volunteers with the Association of Fundraising Professionals Government Relations Committee, and remains actively involved with the American Society for Public Administration, where she previously served as the 2025 Student Representative and currently serves as Secretary for the ASPA Student New Administration Professionals.
She holds dual master’s degrees—an M.Phil. in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University and an M.P.A. in Organizational Leadership from National University—as well as a B.A. in Behavioral Science from Concordia University, with an emphasis in Sociology and minors in Cross-Cultural Studies and Anthropology.
